EXTRIMIR 170 is a multifunctional extrusion lubricant with unique high molecular weigh, which is synthesized with a new generation of technology. It has wide application and belongs to the universal product. Because of it’s special chemical structure, EXTRIMIR 170 has good solubility in all kinds of base oil, such as highly refined base oils and synthetic base oils. It also has great compatibility with over-based sulfonate due to its low acid value. EXTRIMIR 170 is completely evaporated after combustion. It can provide special lubrication to products when used in soluble oil and other water-based emulsion. EXTRIMIR 170 is ash-free and contains no sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine.

Application

1. In the metal forming oil, EXTRIMIR 170 plays a role of lubrication and friction modifier, improving the production and the smooth finish of surface. 

2. EXTRIMIR 170 can be used in high temperature chain oil, grease, soluble oil and other water-based emulsion fluid.

3. According to the actual application, recommended dosage is 1-30%.
