ANTEXT PY400 phosphate ester series is phosphorous contenting anti-wear agent. According to different formula requirements, we provide oil soluble and water soluble to the customers. All of them have excellent load resistance and anti-wear property. They have great cooperatively effect with other extreme pressure agent such as sulfer, chlorine and poly-ether.

Application
1. ANTEX PY428 usually coupling with sulfer contenting additive, increasing the surface finish degree, extending the life time of cutter.
2. ANTEX PY438 not only able to improve PB, but also can decrease the diameter of wearing scars, showing excellent heavy load resistance and anti-wear property.
3. ANTEXT PY418/428/438 all three can solute in mineral oil and synthesized base oil, belonging to ash-free additives.
Recommended dosage
Medium to severe level metal processing fluid: 0.2-2.0%.
Honing oil, grinding oil, broaching oil, deep drilling oil and etc: 0.2-3.0%.
Rolling oil: 0.2-1.0%.

Application
1. ANTEXT PY468 can form suspension in water. Reacting with alkyl amine and other salts can form clear or muddy liquid in water. ANTEXT PY468 is insoluble in mineral oil, but its solubility can be improved by neutralizing with certain fatty amines.
2. ANTEXT PY468 has excellent heavy load resistance and anti-wear property, it also have certain nonferrous metal protectiveness.
3. ANTEXT PY478 prefers full-synthesized fluid, its foaming is extremely low.
Recommended dosage
1.0-10%.
