ANTEXT C400 is a series of calcium sulfonate inert extreme pressure agents with high alkali value.

All ANTEXT C400 series has high reserve base and strong acid neutralization ability.

ANTEXT C400 series can be used as an environmental friendly extreme pressure agent instead of chlorinated paraffin.

Application

1. ANTEXT C400A has good fat conversion and it is especially suitable for complex calcium sulfonate grease.

2. ANTEXTC400B has good solubility in various base oils and it is especially suitable for metal processing oil. Instead of paraffin-containing extreme pressure oil, ANTEXT C400B can be used in combination with sulfur and EXTRIMIR series polyester.

3. ANTEXTC400C has a very low free alkali content, which can be used in the formulation containing organic acid additives, it is also used in water-based metal processing fluid.

Industry use: 0.3-5%.

Metal processing oil: 0.5-20%

Soluble oil: 0.1-5%

Anti-rusting oil: 0.5-10%.
