VEGIMIR 180 series are high performance self-emulsifying ester containing multifunctional groups, which are easy to dissolve in water. After neutralized with alkylamine, they form transparent liquid which have anti-rust property, lubricity and emulsifying ability. they also have great compatibility with motor oil, vegetable oil and mineral oil. VEGIMIR has excellent hard water resistance, nice defoaming property and helps to stabilize the emulsified fluid, so as to decrease the dosage of alkylpolyethoxy carboxylate. In the meanwhile, VEGIMIR is hard to hydrolyze. Because of its special structure, VEGIMIR has great synergistic effect with other chemical extreme pressure agents such as sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine, effectively reducing interfacial wear and extending tool service life.

Application

1. VEGIMIR 180 series does not cause any corrosion on nonferrous metal, they also avoid precipitation of magnesium ion.

2. VEGIMIR 180 series can solve the issues of metal processing fluid easily, including foaming, crusting, graining and smelliness.

3. VEGIMIR 180 series can be used cooperatively with multifunctional extrusion lubricants, their cooperative effect will improve lubricity obviously.

4. VEGIMIR 182 has outstanding combination property of emulsifying, anti-rusting and lubrication. It also has low temperature fluidity and hard water resistance.

5. VEGIMIR 182D has better lubrication, lower foaming and price advantage.

6. VEGIMIR 182P has the best combination property of emulsifying, anti-rusting and lubrication. But it is not recommended to be used when temperature is lower than -5℃.

7. VEGIMIR 185B has excellent hard water resistance, it is recommended to be used in full-synthesis fluid.

Recommended dosage 

Full-synthesized metal cutting fluid and semi-synthesized emulsified fluid: 3-15%.

Aluminum rolling fluid: 5-30%.

Soluble forming oil: 5-100%.
