VEGIMIR 130 is a synthetic ester made for metal cutting. It increases the amount of renewable synthetic ester inside the formula. It also contains great high temperature oxidation resistance and hydrolysis stability. In some cases it can work as main emulsifier, and soluble in many kind of base oil. Formulator can choose different base flexibly, providing excellent low foaming, hard water resistance and lubrication properties. VEGIMIR 130 is especially suitable for aluminium alloy processing, avoiding color change and increasing glossiness.

Application

1. VEGIMIR 130 increases the amount of renewable synthetic ester inside the formula, improving the lubrication of metal processing fluid.

2. VEGIMIR 130 can work as main emulsifier, and soluble in many kind of base oil. It can be used in emulsified oil, semi-synthesized and full-synthesized fluid.

3. Depending on different cases, VEGIMIR 130 can coupling with different amines to produce amide salt. It is able to self emulsified in water.

4. According to the actual application, recommended dosage in synthesized cutting fluid is 5-50%, in semi-synthesized fluid and emulsified fluid is 5-30%, and in soluble stamping stretching is 5-100%.
