A trademark application can be filed for only one class or more classes. The application is subject to similarity and conflict check before its publication. The Office set a 3-month opposition period after the publication.

If no opposition is filed during that period, or any opposition is failed, the trademark will be registered. The registration normally takes 10-12 months.
