Care should be taken to ensure that the drawings in the priority document shall be same with the drawings as filed in China. Otherwise, the priority claiming may be invalid. Since the SIPO is very strict in examining the consistency among the drawings and amendments are very limited, it is proposed that the drawings in the priority document also comply with Chinese rules.
