The examination process can be accelerated when

(a) the invention relates to Green Energy technology, or

(b) a PPH request is filed.

Currently, the SIPO has launched PPH program with major patent offices around the world, including JPO, USPTO, DPMA, KIPO, Russian Patent Office, Denmark Patent Office, Finland Patent Office, Israeli Patent Office, Iceland Patent Office, UK Patent Office, Spanish Patent Office, and others.
